He has expertise in driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities to meet the needs of the organisation. He has a pivotal role in planning and implementing various talent acquisition initiatives for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
Prior to EQ, he worked with various companies including Ivy Mobility, KLA-Tencor and Qube Cinema. He holds an MBA in HR & Finance from Janson School of Business.
