Sreekesh joined EQ India as Head of Operations in Jan 2014. He plays a pivotal role in managing the Operations (BPO) team in EQ India aligned with the business goals and growth strategy of EQ, UK. He is responsible for managing all the aspects of operations across a diversified range of portfolios which includes Shareholder Processing, Investment Services, Employee Benefit solutions, Pensions Administration, Payroll Services, Reconciliation, Customer Due Diligence and People Services. His responsibility involves delivery of service against SLA, delivery of profit margin on Ops budget, Process Management, People Management, Client Engagement, leading transformation in Ops, and also successful on-boarding of services/clients for Operations.
He comes with a vast experience in the financial service domain and has served in companies like Infosys and State Street Syntel before joining EQ India. He is a certified professional from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI), UK.
