Prior to EQ, he had a vast experience in various organisations including AXISCADES, CMS IT Services, Wipro Consulting and Accenture wherein he managed various programs for Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management Strategy and Implementation, Merger & Acquisitions (M&A), Succession Planning, Competency Development, Compensation & Benefit, People compliance, HR automation & Analytics, and DE&I.
He holds an MBA from Mangalore University.
