Karthikeyan Shankaran joined EQ in 2018 as the Head of Finance Shared Services. He has over 25 years of experience in Finance with extensive exposure in Finance and Accounting, Internal Audit, Costing, Budgeting and Corporate MIS, Debt Management, Treasury, and Procurement support across industry verticals.
Prior to his current position, Karthikeyan served in leading finance roles with Ashok Leyland, Accenture, and Sopra Steria BPS. He has worked on functions encompassing a wide gamut of specialties ranging from Deal set-up through transition/Ramp-up and stabilisation phases and managing the varied facets of service deliveries. His vertical strengths arise from having dealt with premier clients across geographies.
Karthikeyan holds a graduate degree in Economics from the University of Madras and a degree in Cost Accountancy from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI).
